How It Works:

1. Purchase the Easier Service.
2. Check Your Email: We’ll send you a form that will allow you to pass us all the information and assets we need to put together your creative brief and your email design. 
3. Receive the Creative Brief: Within 1-2 business days we will email you a detailed creative brief that outlines your campaign's messaging and design ideas. 
4. Review, Revise, Approve: You review the creative brief and request any revisions within 5 days of delivery to ensure it aligns with your vision.
5. Design Process: Once the creative brief is approved, it goes to our designers to create your email. This process takes 6 business days for new clients and 2-3 business days for repeat clients.

    7. Final Files: You’ll receive your graphics ready to pop into your ESP as well as the source file of your choice (PSD or XD). 

     

    • Revision Process: We offer unlimited revisions, but each revision takes 1-2 business days to complete. 5 days after delivery, your order is complete and no more revisions can be applied.

    How will the copywriters and designers know my brand and what I want? Once you make your purchase, you’ll be sent a form via email which will ask you for everything we need to craft a beautiful, on-brand email that meets your goals. 

    Will my email design be made with an A.I. tool? No, not even a little bit. Your designs will be created by a real-life human who has been happily crafting email designs for over 5 years. Graphics will be created using the assets you provide and from our library of elements and stock photos. 

    Why does my first email design take 6 business days? Our designer needs this time to properly study your brand, your competitors and the market to come up with an email that is perfectly aligned for you. 

    Do you offer HTML coded emails? No, not at this time. To keep things simple and easy, we only create image-based and image/text hybrid emails that can be inserted into your ESP’s WYSIWYG editor. 

    What is an image-based email vs. an image/text hybrid email? Both emails are produced with a combination of text, images and graphics and will look relatively the same. The image/text hybrid email incorporates some "live" text and has some minor graphic limitations.
