Q: What is the turnaround time for Easy Emails services?
A: Turnaround time for the creative brief is 1-2 business days, and email design takes 6 business days for the first email and 2-3 business days for any subsequent emails. ESP build-out takes 1-2 business days.
Q. What if I need revisions?
A. If you're not happy, we aren't either. While we aim to keep revision rounds to a minimum (ideally under 3), we continue working until you’re completely happy with the final product. Revisions take 1-2 business days to complete.
Q: What's included in a creative brief?
A: This is the blueprint for your email. It includes the email goals, theme, layout, copy, creative suggestions for the designer and links. See an example creative brief here. Designs are not included in a creative brief.
