Easy Emails Agency Policies

Thank you for choosing Easy Emails to support your clients' email marketing needs. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we’ve outlined our policies below. These guidelines help us maintain our commitment to quality, clear communication, and reliable delivery times, all while keeping our services as accessible and affordable as possible. We’re here to make email marketing easy, and we’re always open to working with you to meet your unique needs.

I. Turnaround Times 

  1. Email Copy: Completed and returned within 48 business hours after receiving the assignment with full context and directives. If follow-up questions arise, copy is returned within 48 hours of receiving the necessary answers.
  2. Email Designs: Completed and returned within 72 business hours after receiving the assignment with full context and directives. If follow-up questions arise, designs are returned within 72 hours of receiving the necessary answers.
  3. Revisions: Revisions will be completed and the requester notified on the same business day they were received or the next business day. Revisions are usually handled promptly and without delay; however, clients should plan for full turnaround time as it is sometimes needed. We do not confirm receipt of revision requests. 
  4. Rush orders: Due to our already short turnaround times, we don’t offer rush orders or revisions. Urgent requests can be made, and we will do our very best to accommodate them, but it's not always possible. Excessive urgent requests for copy, design, or revisions may result in additional fees.
  5. Follow-Ups: Please refrain from sending follow-up requests on copy, designs, or revisions unless the standard turnaround time has passed.
  6. Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We are closed on major U.S. holidays to give our team time to rest and recharge.

    II. Assignment Notification

    1. To avoid delays, please notify us directly of new assignments. If assignments are placed only in a shared calendar, we will check the calendar a maximum of once per day. Direct tagging or emailing helps us meet timelines effectively.

      III. Document Delivery

      1. Email briefs are created in Google Docs and shared via email. We do not provide the creative brief in any other file format.  Any requests to transfer copy to another document or platform is considered production work and may incur additional charges.

        IV. Meetings

        1. We are able attend 1 client or team meeting per month per account if the meeting is directly related to our work on a project. We do not attend general team or client meetings.

          V. Client Liaison and Communication

          1. We request that you act as the liaison between Easy Emails and your client. If direct client communication is needed, we are open to discussing it, provided it doesn’t require us to access or use any of the client's accounts such as mailboxes, or project management tools.

            VI. Scope

            1. Email Sections: Pricing includes emails with 1-3 sections. Occasionally, emails may need more sections, which we can accommodate. However, if email assignments routinely exceed 3 sections, additional charges may apply.
            2. Subject Lines and Preview Text: We provide 3 options for subject lines and preview text per brief.
            3. A/B Testing: A/B testing of email content (one element only) is provided at no additional charge. Full, alternative email versions are considered separate and will be billed as additional emails.
